Frequently Asked Questions

How long is an appointment?

Each appointment is up to one hour, giving you plenty of time to try on styles and receive personalised styling advice. The last appointment of the day runs for 50 minutes.

Can I bring someone with me?

You are welcome to bring family or friends for support. Please note that a maximum of one customer may try on per booking — except for Bridesmaids bookings.

Is there a cost to book?

A $3.99 (Three Dollar Ninety-Nine Cent) Non-Refundable Fee Applies To All Our Bookings

What if I need to cancel?

We require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations.
