To give you the best possible experience, we recommend booking an appointment*.
Our store can get quite busy, and having an appointment ensures that we can provide you with the personalised attention you deserve.
Walk-ins are welcome if space allows, but all appointments are prioritised. If we're with an appointment, you may need to wait, or in the worst case, if we’re fully booked, you may need to come back another day.
*Bridesmaids are required to have a booking. Our Annandale location is appointment only
Terms & Conditions
By making an appointment with Milivine Boutique you are agreeing to the below conditions:
-If you are under the age of 18, you understand you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (partners, friends and siblings/cousins do not count).
-A maximum of one person may try per booking. (Not applicable to Bridesmaids Booking)
-We require 48 hours notice for any cancellations.
-You will be contacted by an automatic email and text message to reconfirm your attendance at our stores. If you do not reconfirm, we reserve the right to cancel your booking so another customer may attend.
-If you miss an appointment without giving us notice, future appointments may be canceled.
-You understand that if you're late to the appointment, the time will be subtracted from your one-hour slot or if very late, the appointment will be cancelled.
-You understand that we do not hire/rent our dresses.
-You agree to be polite to the customers and staff of Milivine Boutique.
-You understand that each appointment lasts for one hour. Unless, it's the last appointment of the day - that only lasts 50 minutes
- There is a limit of one booking per customer per day.
